I’m not usually a fan of bugs—but I am absolutely a fan of beauty, and the Sphinx moth is one of nature’s most stunning little works of art.

This original piece features a beautifully detailed Sphinx moth painted on hand-dyed cotton fabric, with the fabric itself dyed by me to create a one-of-a-kind foundation for the artwork.
